The 2025 Annual Picnic and General Meeting will take place at Davies Park on Sunday, May 4th, from 12:00 to 3:00 PM.

This event is free for residents who have paid their annual membership dues for the 2024-2025 fiscal year (up to four members per household). Additional household members are welcome but will need to purchase food. Residents who have not yet paid their annual dues are also welcome to attend but must pay the $100 membership fee at the entrance. Please note that only checks will be accepted.

In accordance with our by-laws, this event will also serve as our Annual General Meeting, which will begin at 1:00 PM in the lower pavilions.
